Abstract

This paper analyses the dynamics of the language of the Bulgarians in Romanian Banat found in press during the last two decades. It studies the extent to which processes of globalisation and internationalisation reflect its lexics. Some similarities and differences in adapting the loan words to contemporary Bulgarian and Banat Bulgarian languages are traced.
