НАРРАТИВНАЯ СТРУКТУРА ПРОИЗВЕДЕНИЙ БАБЕЛЯ НА ПРИМЕРЕ „КОНАРМИИ“ И „ОДЕССКИХ РАССКАЗОВ“

Abstract

Most published works dedicated to the analysis of Babel’s Red Cavalry point out the close relationship between the individual stories of the tales' cycle. At the same time, the lack of their direct comparability is emphasized on the level of the literary work composition. Our main point of attention will be the consideration of aspects such as the narrative and cycle composition, as well as the unfolding of the narrative plot and its presentation by the narrator. Comparison between the Red Cavalry and Odessa Tales lets us trace the narrative structure dynamic and strategies for its realization in Babel’s works.
