| dc.description.abstract | By limiting the opportunities for the agent to be expressed, impersonal constructions in the legal text provide implementation of the basic function of this type of text - changing people's behavior through the application of the norm. The action of law requires a high degree of objectivity and unconditional obedience to the authority of the institution. Of particular interest are structures that combine impersonal forms with the passive voice – these constructions depend on many semantic and syntactic factors. | en_US |
