SLAVIC STUDIES IN BULGARIA WITHIN THE FRAMЕWORK OF BOLOGNA PROCESS
Abstract
The paper discusses problems of the instruction in Slavic languages and their acquisition during the first decade of the 21st century in connection with the so-called Bologna process. We aim at presenting the experience of teaching Slavic languages as foreign within Slavic philology at Sofia University. The peculiarities of the Bulgarian philological tradition are confronted with a recent tendency to transform the philological studies into social and regional ones.
