ON CERTAIN SYNTACTIC SPECIFICITIES OF THE MEDIAEVAL JURIDICAL TEXT
Abstract
The subject of the present article are certain syntactic specificities of the mediaeval Slavic juridical manuscripts. The role of the monomial non-personal (non-subject) phrases in the achievement of the functional predetermination of the legal text is being examined. Examples of structurally and chronologically different legal codes have been chosen for the purpose of achieving maximum typologization.
