dc.description.abstract	The paper analyzes and problematizes the epistemological status of memory in literary memoirs. It attempts to prove that Kiril Krustev‘s Memoirs are an indicative example that, in his attempt to reconstruct with maximum objectivity our literary and cultural past, the memoir writer in fact constructs and interprets according to their own estimation and teleology.	en_US
