PERCEPTION AS NARRATION IN LA VOYEUSE INTERDITE BY NINA BOURAOUI
Abstract
This text discusses the issue of the role of perception in the construction of the narrative and the narrative voice in the novel La voyeuse interdite by Nina Bouraoui. Perceptions, especially visual ones, are central to the text. They create a parallel narrative of the senses and become the most important means of the main character’s getting to know the world and the other characters.
