Abstract

This paper outlines the subdomains in the cluster of cognitive sciences, focusing on cognitive linguistics and its affiliates. Special attention is paid to differences in various traditions and approaches, to using the terms and inconsistencies in naming the subdivisions in cognitive linguistics, and to describing the object of each discipline, its main principles and representatives.
