| dc.description.abstract | The article deals with V. Vasilev’s research on the Elena Damaskin (which dates back to the second half of the 17th century), and the results of this research. It also presents the forthcoming edition of the manuscript, and an extensive review of the archaic damaskins of that period. The review shows the place of the Elena Damaskin manuscript among the latter. The content of the literary works included in this damaskin is closer to the content of the works of the initial Damaskin translation made in the region of Sredna Gora. | en_US |
