THE ISSUE OF LINGUISTIC PURITY IN THE BULGARIAN NATIONAL LANGUAGE POLICY IN THE REVIVAL PERIOD (IN COMPARISON TO POLISH)
Abstract
The issue of linguistic purity is present in the national language policy programs of the Slavic people including the Bulgarians and the Poles and has been an object of social debates. The paper focuses both on the differences and the similarities in the programs and the respective practical manifestations.
