SPECIFICS OF TRANSLATION PUBLICISTIC TEXTS FROM RUSSIAN INTO BULGARIAN (OBSERVATIONS OF THE TRANSLATION OF THE STORYBOOK „DAY“ BY TATYANA TOLSTAYA)
Abstract
The present report focuses on the specificity of publicistic text and the related difficulties that the translator faces during the process of translation from Russian into Bulgarian. These are my observations regarding the rendering of such categories as terms, proper nouns, idioms, proverbs, quotes, diversed in style vocabulary and play on words, requiring more creative approach. The text has practical orientation.
