BJØRNSON'S SHORT NOVEL „SYNNØVE SOLBAKKEN“ AND ITS TWO BULGARIAN TRANSLATIONS: LINGUISTIC ASPECTS
Abstract
This article focusеs on some special linguistic features of two different Bulgarian translations of Bjørnson's short novel “Synnøve Solbakken”. The first translation is based on a German version, while the second one – on the original text. The two Bulgarian translations are compared to the Norwegian text. The classification is focused on phonetics, morphology, lexicology and stylistics; the semantic differences are presented separately.
