The newspaper ,,Tsarigradski vestnik“ turns out to have had the longest life during the National revival period. The newspaper not only reflects but also influence the language issues. This would not be possible without its language policies. A democratic and tolerant language policy that does not exclude literary heritage and allows for the reformative spirit to settle permanently on the pages. There are articles on all important language problems and the articles offer many ways of solving those. It is important to emphasize that the authors of articles in the ,,Tsarigradski vestnik“, for the most part, see literary language from a functional perspective.en_US
