ON THE CONNOTATIVE POTENTIAL OF THE MORPHOLOGICAL LEVEL
Abstract
This study is a brief analysis of the connotative potential of the morphological linguistic level. Considered is the possibility that some word forming morphemes can be stylistically active or receive a specific marking in speech. The synonymity of grammatical morphemes and word forms can originate from language or from speech. Grammatical forms can also acquire connotative functions resulting from usage in transposition.
