THE MARGINAL NOTES INTO THE PANEGYRIC OF DJAK ANDREY FROM 1425 – A SOURCE FOR THE HISTORY OF THE MANUSCRIPT
Abstract
The manuscript with the library mark 182 from the collection of CIAI, written by the copyist Djak Andrey in 1425, commissioned by the Serbian patriarch Nikon (The manuscript is known also as the Panegyric of Djak Andrey from 1425) contains – several important groups of colophons and marginal notes, which are considered and studied in detail – for the first time. The information about people and places found in the marginal notes, is important for the dating of the manuscript.
