GRAMMATICAL FEATURES OF THE VERBS IN DECALOGUE INCLUDED IN THE COMPOSITION OF AN 18th CENTURY SOUTH SLAVIC HANDWRITTEN COLLECTION
Abstract
The article is focused on the grammatical features of the verb forms in Decalogue, as part of an 18th century collection. A comparison is drawn between it and the situation in the earlier Slavic written tradition (13th – 14th centuries). Examples are also given from the Bulgarian Pre-Revival epoch. Finally, the conclusions relate to the place of the Decalogue from the 18th century among other models presented.
