dc.description.abstractThe article reveals different understandings of the language means that function in the core of the functional-semantic field of person in Bulgarian. The article espouses a credible explanation for the presence of homonymy between singular verb forms in the aorist (ti pisa ‘you wrote’, toi/tya pisa ‘he/she wrote’). Furthermore, the article highlights the ability of peripheral conclusive modifiers to combine with verb forms marked by evidentiality.en_US
