dc.description.abstract | Motivation in the educational process represents a whole series of
activities. The key concept is the motive – it is a certain direction of the
students’ educational activity, which is connected with their attitude towards the
subject. Their external motivation is directly influenced by the selection of
teaching materials, methods and tools used in teaching, the teacher's attitude
towards the subject and students. This research was initiated by the fact that
there is an incomparably smaller number of students at higher language levels.
We assume that when they reach a level sufficient for everyday communication,
the motivation and interest in learning the Serbian language stops because
Serbian is one of the so-called small languages, and for students in the business
world further education oriented towards the highest level of language
knowledge is not necessary. Our goal is to find ways to encourage students to
continue language learning with the same vigor and enthusiasm even after
reaching the A2 or B1 level. | en_US |
