This paper aims to show the connection between sin and alienation from existence by analysing two novels: “Zmey” (“Dragon”) by Anton Strashimirov and “Gryah” (“Sin”) by Georgi Raychev. Some of the main characters of the novels are defined as “foreigners in the existence” – each of them in a different way. Many citations from the two texts make an effort to prove this statement. Sin is explained as a reason for some kinds of alienation from existence.en_US
