The paper is focused on the reception of Dalchev by the poetical books of Miglena Nikolchina, “Sorrow a la Dalchev” (1994) and Boriana Katsarska, “Other Name” (1991). Both poets address the figure of Dalchev but from a different perspective. While Katsarska uses Dalchev’s poetic in a transformative way to elaborate her own style, Nikolchina evokes the figure of Dalchev as a complex social response. There is a specific dynamic and intertextual dialogue between the two books.en_US
