This study analyzes idioms containing the lexeme “göz” (“eye”) in the Turkish language as carriers of social attitudes and cultural values. The research examines how these fixed expressions reflect concepts such as control, trust, emotionality, and social status in Turkish culture. Through cognitive and corpus analysis, the study explores the role of idioms in colloquial speech, literature, and media. Special attention is given to their grammatical and semantic structure, as well as how they encode collective experience and social relationships. The conclusion highlights the significance of these linguistic units in shaping cultural identity and social behavior patterns.en_US
