dc.description.abstract	The present study aims to briefly outline the continuity between the military stories of Yordan Yovkov and Yordan Valchev. It points out the similarities, differences and developments in certain aspects of the military stories of the two authors. A conclusion has been made that the main artistic implication in the military stories of Yordan Yovkov and Yordan Valchev is not humanism, as it has been repeatedly emphasized in our literary criticism, but the true Christian philanthropy, which is born out of our faith in God.	en_US
