In the region of Catalonia, a correlation type is encountered both on the grammatical and lexical level known as change of code and alternation. This article deals with the description and meaning of the concept „interference“ in both oral variations of the languages. The current bilingual situation is presented with observations on its historical and socio-linguistics basis.

Dzhumayov, Georgi
In this article we discuss why English and Spanish have become leaders among the languages studied as foreign languages. For that purpose an investigation conducted in Bulgaria among students at the University of Plovdiv is presented. The students study or have studied English as a first foreign language and have answered several questions that aim at clarifying why and how they have chosen to study a second foreign language. The results have been analysed and respective conclusions have been drawn to support the increasing role of the languages in question.

Ortega, Presentación
Flipped Learning is a pedagogical approach in which direct instruction moves from the group learning space to the individual learning space, and the resulting group space is transformed into a dynamic, interactive learning environment where the educator guides students as they apply concepts and engage creatively in the subject matter. The present work includes on one hand the theoretical framework of this model, and on the other hand, recommendations and comments on its implementation in Spanish as a Second Language course at the university.

García, Ana Isabel
This work constitutes a concise sketch on the origin and development of pragmatics, throughout a brief analysis on how pragmatic interpretation of language has been conceived and understood, regarding not only its origins but also the most recent approaches. Moreover, we will try to draw up the boundaries of pragmatics and its aims according to different theoretical and methodological sources. In addition, this work seeks to justify the vast interest of the knowledge and use of pragmatic strategies while teaching and learning Spanish as a foreign language so that the speakers can manage to elaborate and interpret the discourse in an appropriate way, regarding intentionality and context.
